Growing up, I did not concern myself with healthy choices. That was for the adults to do, right? I was fairly healthy, until one day I wasn't. I struggle with many different health issues which is no different than many other people.

As I learned to deal with each medical diagnosis that was brought my way, I would constantly be dealt messages about "the healthy way of life". This was from everything to "only eat this", "exercise like this", "take this", "this will make you better". It was never ending...and very daunting.

What is the right thing to eat and what will make you better? There is so much information that it is hard to make sense of it all. I would scour the internet and talk to people about the best ways and the best things I could do. This lead me to question, why don't I share this with others looking for the same thing!
